OVERVIEW
Commencing on February 19, 2013 PCT101 is a 4-week / 16-hour course comprised of eight 2-hour classes plus a week 5 final test. Classes are held each Tuesday and Thursday evening between 7:30pm & 9:30pm U.S. CST.

IPParalegals' Patent Cooperation Treaty Fundamentals PCT101 is a basic course on the Patent Cooperation Treaty. Upon completion, students will have learned the basics of how to file a PCT application. Provided is a core understanding of what PCTs are, familiarity with basic PCT filing forms & processes, as well as hands-on exposure to the craft's requisite rules, formalities and procedures.

All sessions are held live and online with Ms. Viola Ange, our IP Specialist and expert instructor who has been teaching patent and trademark prosecution to nonlawyer IP professionals for over two decades.

In addition to interactive classroom instruction from Ms. Ange, all sessions are video recorded and made available online for student playback 24x7 up to the final test date. After-class shop talk and offline Q&As between sessions are the norm.

Tuition is $495.00 U.S. and includes registration, course materials, 16 hours of online classroom instruction, web video playback of each session, a 2-hour final test and Certificate of Completion upon graduation. Package discounts for bundled courses, as well as discounts for multiple students attending from the same organization, are also available.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Tuition, less a $25.00 handling charge per registration, will be refunded upon WRITTEN CANCELLATION received by 5:00pm U.S. CST on Friday February 15, 2013. (Written cancellations may be emailed to IPeducation@ipparalegals.com.) No refunds will be given after this time, but substitution of attendees for this course is permitted. Paid registrants not entitled to a refund may still download course materials for each class prior to that class' commencement.
