Viola Ange, founder and president of IPParalegals, has practiced and taught IP prosecution precision, professionalism and ethics her entire 26-year career. Ms. Ange’s guiding principle? To make a difference in everything she does. These standards of practice were officially recognized recently when she received the Paralegal Gateway ‘Paralegal Superstar Award‘ for April 2010.

“Just being considered for a ‘Paralegal Superstar’ nomination was a wonderful surprise!” Ms. Ange stated. “But to be selected for this prestigious award is a huge honor. It is with great pride that I accept this award, and will do everything I can to continue making a difference.”

Selected as a finalist, Ms. Ange was approached in early November 2009 by Jeannie Johnston, CEO of Paralegal Gateway. According to Ms. Johnston, each year 12 paralegals are selected who they feel are leaders in the field and contribute above and beyond in the profession and/or in their communities. Said Ms. Johnson, “Ms. Ange was selected from an extensive list of candidates, and the Advisory Board felt that she would make an exceptional addition to the 2010 roster.”
